What is coaching?
Life coaching is a future-focused practice aiming at helping clients determine and achieve personal or professional goals.
How do you do it?
I generally work over Skype or over the phone after an initial face to face session. A typical session is an hour long from which you will usually come out with pre-agreed tasks. These are what propels you forward in your development.
Do you specialize in a particular area?
I can coach anyone, but my speciality is women in life transitions (change of circumstances or career, after a baby, a divorce, grown kids left home, etc...)
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy requires a clinical intervention. It is for people who have a mental dysfunction or illness.
Coaching is for people who are well and are looking for direction or development in some area.
How long do people have to be coached for to get results?
After the first complimentary session, you will usually sign a contract for 3 months after which you can evaluate your progress and decide if you want to commit to extra months.
